UCO^®SAN ONE

UCO^®SAN ONE is a slightly acid foam cleaner that combines cleaning and sanitation properties.

UCO^®SAN ONE is very effective for removal of particular soils and stains.

UCO^®SAN ONE is an gentle oxidizing foam cleaner for use in farms, greenhouses, mushroom growing units, veterinary clinics…. It can be used for cleaning and sanitation of floors, walls, tables, packing fillers, conveyors, and other processing equipment.

Single step cleaning 

1. Pre cleaning: remove loose dirt prior to application of the UCO^®SAN ONE.
2. Apply a 2-4% (depending on the degree of soiling) UCO^®SAN ONE by means of foam gun, foam lance or equivalent foam generating system.
3. Let the UCO^®SAN ONE do the job (during 5-10 min). Do not let dry out.
4. Rinse the surfaces with water (medium (20/25bar) or high pressure washer, depending on the level of contamination and surface specs.

Two step cleaning 

• Pre cleaning: remove litter, loose feed residues, etc prior to application of the UCO^®FOAM ONE.
• Apply a 0,5-2% (cold water) UCO^®FOAM ONE by means of foam gun, foam lance or equivalent equipment.
• Let the UCO^®FOAM ONE do the job (during 10-60 min)²⁴. Do not let dry out.
• Rinse the surfaces with water (medium (20/25bar) or high-pressure washer, depending on the level of contamination and surface specs.
• Apply a 0,5-2% (depending on the degree of soiling) UCO^®SAN ONE by means of foam gun, foam lance or equivalent foam generating system.
• Allow contact time for UCO^®SAN ONE during 10-30 min.
• No need for final rinse. In case rinsing is required, make sure it is done with drinking water quality.
