Properties

Helps to greatly reduce the levels of trichloromethane (TCM) and chlorite residues in milk, aligned with major milk processors requests and interest. Consequently allowing dairy farmers to ultimately ensure the best price being paid for each liter of milk produced.

Effective removal of organic milk residues like milk fats and milk proteins in all types of milking machines.

Instructions for use

Prerinse your system with water, referable with temperature of 40-45°C.
Rinse with 0,5-1% UCO^®FLOW ONE solution (0,5-1l/100l of water), preferably with temperature of 50-85°C and let the solution circulate for 7-10 min (keep temperature above 40°C)
Drain the cleaning solution.
Rinse with water, meeting drinking water quality standards.
Appropriate rotation with the UCO^®FLOW 200: once per day up to once per week.
Consider the use of an UCO^®FLOW disinfectant if situation requires.
