UCO^®FLOW 300

UCO^®FLOW 300 is a concentrated milking equipment cleaner.
UCO^®FLOW 300 is a powerful periodical CIP cleaner for cleaning and descaling of milk harvesting and milk storage tanks.
Use UCO^®FLOW 300 in industrial washers for descaling.

Effective removal of milk stone, lime stone and minerals.

Non foaming, acid concentrate.

Can be used for cleaning of food contact surfaces

Part of the UCO^®FLOW concept: by setting up an effective cleaning routine, achieving a premium milk quality and reducing the risk of bacterial growth in the milking installation.

Consult with our specialists for establishing the right program.

• Pre-rinse your system with water, preferable with temperature of 40-45°C.
• Rinse with 0,5% UCO^®FLOW 300 solution (0,5L/100L of water), preferably with a temperature of 50-85°C and let the solution circulate for 5-15 in (keep temperature above 40°C)
• Drain the cleaning solution.
• Rinse with water, meeting drinking water quality standards.
• Monitor the cleaning results and adjust dosage and/or frequency if required.
• Consider the use of an UCO^®FLOW disinfectant if the situation requires.

Primarily intended for professional, industrial, and agricultural use.

Avoid mixing acidic and alkaline products. Do not mix with chlorine-containing products

Always test the product’s compatibility on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.

Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place (5–30 °C). Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.

Store only in the original packaging. Do not open the packaging if not in use. Opened packaging must be carefully sealed and stored upright to prevent leakage.

Dispose of empty packaging in accordance with local or national guidelines.
